Job Description:

As a B2B SaaS Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers, understand their unique business needs, and articulate how our SaaS solutions can address those needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect, identify, and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns and referrals. Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to getting demos scheduled.
  • Understand clients' business challenges and pain points to present tailored SaaS solutions that align with their specific needs. Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Utilize this knowledge to identify new opportunities, positioning strategies, and sales tactics.
  • Effectively manage and update the sales pipeline through our system. Accurately forecast sales revenue and provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in the sales process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Goal-oriented and capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

About Interview Process:

  • Initial Screening: The HR or Talent Acquisition team will review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the Sales Executive role. This may involve a brief phone or video interview to discuss the candidate's background and interest in the position.

  • Interview - Round 1: Qualified candidates will proceed to the first round, conducted by a sales manager. TThis interview will focus on your previous sales experience, your understanding of SaaS products, and your approach to sales.

  • Final Interview & Offer Stage: The final interview will be conducted by key stakeholders, such as senior management, or founders. The candidate will have the opportunity to discuss their long-term career goals and how they align with the company's mission and values. The interviewers will provide insights into the company culture and discuss how the candidate can contribute to the growth and success of the organization. After successful completion of the interview process, a formal offer will be extended to the chosen candidate.
