We are a team of medical device experts who are laser focused on bringing modern cybersecurity features to the next generation of healthcare technology.

The Role

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing projects to achieve specific goals and objectives. Their role is to ensure that projects are completed successfully, on time, within budget, and according to the required quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

● Project Planning: Project managers work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and constraints. They create a detailed project plan that outlines tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies.

● Team Management: Project managers assemble and lead project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities to team members. They provide guidance, motivation, and support to ensure that team members understand their tasks and work together effectively.

● Risk Management: Project managers identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. They analyze and assess risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing measures to minimize their impact and maximize project success.

● Communication and Stakeholder Management: Project managers facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties. They ensure that project progress, issues, and decisions are properly communicated, and they manage stakeholder expectations.

● Budget and Resource Management: Project managers monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently. They make adjustments as necessary and seek approvals for any budget changes. They also manage resources, such as personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project execution.

● Project Monitoring and Control: Project managers establish mechanisms to monitor project progress against the plan. They track key performance indicators, analyze data, and take corrective actions to keep the project on track. They also conduct regular status meetings, assess project risks, and manage change requests.

● Quality Assurance: Project managers establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables. They ensure that project activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies. They may conduct quality reviews, audits, and inspections to verify compliance.

● Project Documentation: Project managers maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, change requests, and other relevant records. They ensure that project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to the project team and stakeholders.
