That's where you come in.

As the new Program Manager Intern you will be the driving force behind the expansion of Taktile’s Data Marketplace into new markets and use cases in 2024. You will contact and communicate with data providers, work closely with engineers during implementation, and document our offering in Taktile’s product, documentation, and on our website.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Drive the expansion of our data marketplace

Manage the end-to-end process of delivering integrations to customers – from gathering requirements to coordination with data providers to laying the groundwork for implementation

Facilitate effective communication between data providers and internal teams to ensure a high-velocity delivery of required integrations

Identify and help address friction points in our processes to enhance our integration operations’ scalability

Develop our Integrations knowledge base

Structure and refine our internal knowledge base to provide a scalable source of truth for Customer Success and Go-to-market teams

Partner with Customer Success and Marketing to increase the visibility of our integrations offering for customers

IDEAL, BUT NOT REQUIRED Excellent organizational skills and a high-agency, getting-things-done mindset

Highly influential written and verbal communication to interact with data providers

Ability to structure complex content to enable cross-functional teams

Interest in learning the ins and outs of the fintech API space and a general understanding of technical concepts such as REST APIs and JSON

Work experience in fast-paced environments (e.g. high-growth startups, consulting)
