Matt CY Lee

Matt has 5 years experience in investment sector including corporate finance, equity capital market and venture capital, he is proficient in equity valuation (both public and private companies), financial analysis and modelling and had experiences in IPO and acquisition of a brokerage firm in Hong Kong.

He is currently the investment manager of an early stage VC fund, involves himself as a public speaker in the startup ecosystem and negotiating deal terms for equity investment.
