⭐️ We're on the lookout for Software Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our thriving fully remote team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in preparing custom projects for your clients. We are mainly concentrated on Enterprise clients, each of them coming with their vision or requirements. Projects won’t start with 0, we are always trying to create templates to make it easier to integrate, but there is always a custom part for each client.
Apart from clients, we have our main product - News Data. Your responsibilities will extend beyond conventional data engineering, incorporating a profound impact on our product's evolution. Specifically, you will spearhead efforts to enrich raw data through NLP analysis, actively contributing to the technical design process and leveraging your expertise to drive data-driven decision-making.

Functions:
1. Be presented on the Pilot calls with clients
2. Satisfy client’s needs
3. Create a new Data Pipeline
4. Make the Data Pipeline more generic. The more generic, the less work to be done next time
Examples of day-to-day tasks:
1. Prepare a Client’s Pipeline to narrow it down to the most relevant article for their specific case
2. Build a pipeline to add a NER or Topic labeling layer to raw news data for different languages
3. Improve existing web article extraction algorithms (Content, author, published date extractions)
4. Prepare a demo for a client using your creative ideas
5. Fine-tune your own LLM model to satisfy client’s request
Your KPIs:
- Number of Pilots Done a month
- Number of days spent on one pilot

Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a B2B SaaS as Data Engineer/Software Engineer
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes ecosystems
- Experienced working with event-driven/streaming architectures
- Monitoring (Elasticsearch/Datadog)
- Experienced with CI/CD (Jenkins)
- Gitlab for code versioning
