Finku is founded by ex-BCG consultants and Bukalapak product designer with vast digital, tech, and banking expertise from top universities globally (University of Indonesia, Cambridge, Berkeley).

Working Spectrums :
- Develop and translate product strategy into detailed requirement and prototypes that aligned with company's business direction
- Scope and prioritize product development and management initiatives based on business and customer impact
- Work closely with technology team to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
- Gain deep understanding of customer experience; in order to boost both customer experience and business growth
- Act as the product evangelist to build awareness and understanding from all stakeholders and customer
Working Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of working tenure in product development and management, more likeable if from fintech industry.
- Experience in creating products or features from scratch to find product market fit
- Solid technical background and proven track-record of hands-on experience in software development and customer applications
- Proven ability to articulate and communicate complex message and information towards all subjects; from co-founder to interns.
- Deep and wide knowledge of fintech business and product in Indonesian landscape; from financing to investment.
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll-up one's sleeves to get the job done, more likeable if have managerial experience.
