We're seeking a full-time Lead Software Engineer to help us realize our mission of disrupting the “ovarian lottery”.
Responsibilities:
• Design, architect, build and maintain our web and mobile applications
• Own features through the stages of design, implementation and iteration
• Mentor junior engineers and build a strong tech culture
Qualifications:
• 4 - 6 years of software engineering experience
• Computer Science or Engineering degree
• Experience developing Web or Android (mobile) applications
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience managing or mentoring junior engineers
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and languages
• Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for creating positive social impact
• Must be located in Bangalore, India, or be willing to relocate there

• Previous startup experience
• Experience with Node.js and Python
• Exposure to Agile Development methodologies
