Finku is founded by ex-BCG consultants and Bukalapak product designer with vast digital, tech, and banking expertise from top universities globally (University of Indonesia, Cambridge, Berkeley).

Role Description:
- Create product solutions for both internal and external end-user; initiative, analyze, propose, launch and maintain app products
- Conduct benchmarking across local and global exemplars to understand best practices & gather insights on product adoption/improvements, track KPIs, identify key metrics and propose further iterations
- Identify product improvements to improve customer metrics use data to understand customer behavior and performance of features
- Help deliver products solutions with high business impact, working closely with the designers and engineers throughout the development process
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of working tenure in product development and management, more likeable if from fintech industry.
- Passionate in personal finance and driving financial literacy in Indonesia
- Preferably someone who relevant past experience working as PM and in start-ups/corporates
- Strong analytical mind, team player and communicator
- Highly proficient or fluent in English and Indonesian
