The Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team. Your focus will be on nurturing leads, closing deals, and establishing long-term client relationships. As one of Pump's inaugural sales hires this individual will work closely with the CEO and help build the sales culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Collaborate with the CEO everyday on the state of the sales pipeline
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with our product team to tailor presentations to client needs.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Be a strong internal customer product advocate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a B2B sales roles (preferably cloud related), meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to adapt and respond to changing business needs.
- Customer-centric approach focused on delivering long-term value.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
