director with one of the first class security company on appointment as the special adviser; l began my career at Burida Investment Management in 1999 after graduating from the University of West cape Verde. Then moved to Framlington Asset Management where I launched the ECOWAS first tailor made investment service for private clients, trustees and charities in 2008. In 2009 I commissioned influential research into private companies’ family friendly employment policies and has been involved in shareholder engagement throughout my career in socially responsible investment.
